Get Your Stuff Organized Step 3 - Saving files with logical names
Logical file names are critical to your success as an efficient geek-like computer whiz.
The two sets of files below are actually the same files.  The files on the left are named with the school name first, then the person's last name, and then the type of document it is.  There are actually over 70 documents in this folder.  If I would have named them haphazardly, as in the box at the right, they would be hard to find if I had to open them at a later time.
					This graphic represents the concept of logical file naming.  If you are storing a lot of documents in one place like I do, it's imperative that you name them logically (unless of course you like losing files).
