Computer Skills &
Electronic Portfolio Tutorials

We are providing on-line tutorials for basic computer skills and the creation of electronic projects and portfolios.  Electronic portfolios and projects are truly authentic assessment pieces.  Ask for a workshop at your school.

Portfolio creation and maintenance is an important skill for today's students. Electronic portfolios take things one step further by allowing students to share their information in a way that is accessible through CD's, the web, or both. Colleges and employers are looking for technology savvy people. Students who create attractive electronic portfolios will have a leg up on those who don't.

We're working to create a short tutorial for common computer skills and each essential portfolio or presentation making skill.

It is not our intention to create tutorials for every single skill in each one of these programs (we're not totally nuts!). Our goal is to create tutorials for some of the handiest (and often overlooked) skills and tools.
